Before joining Pernickety Recruitment, Bevan was involved in strategy development for Western Australian industries, with exposure to petroleum, hospitality, warehousing, retail, aged care and photographic retail.

His earlier career included more than 7 years in sales and business development in the medical and office equipment fields.

A background as a qualified Minister of Religion for over 10 years has given Bevan a profound understanding of human nature and interpersonal relationships.
