Chloe FletcherRecruitment Consultant – Office and Administration
Chloe Fletcher joined the Pernickety Recruitment team in 2005. Specialising in administration recruitment, she has successfully completed a Traineeship in Certificate 2 & 3 in Business. Chloe was nominated for Australian Vocational Student Prize and was a successful National winner receiving a government grant. Over the years Chloe has mastered the roles including administration assistant to four (4) consultants, tasks included advance use of MS Office including word and excel, and database administration and upkeep, also completing payroll, workers compensation, accounts payable and receivable. Chloe in recent times was Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, which also included the supervision and training of student and younger staff members, prior to commencing her real passion, recruitment and business to business development. Chloe has seen the company in the early days and has seen the growth in the company over her 3 years begin with Pernickety Recruitment, she is self motivated, a quick learner and strives to succeed. |
