Dale (MRCSA) founded Pernickety Recruitment in 2002, and is the current WA Regional President of the RCSA (Recruitment Consulting Services Association).

With over a decade of recruitment experience including significant time in both high volume labour hire market with a major national Australian recruitment organisation and within one of Australia’s most prominent executive search consultancies, he has the ability to cover all aspects of your organisations requirements in the hunt for new staff, and employment strategies.

Dale proved his understanding of critical mass employment procedures in one 12-month period by securing 22 national clients for the supply of critical mass staff, of which the largest required over 200 staff per day and in his early days of Pernickety (as the sole consultant) for approximately 2 years sourced over 130 staff for the same client.

Dale's real passion is working with people. He commenced his career in welfare, involved in the rehabilitation of alcoholic, drug-addicted and psychotic, homeless men.
Dale has an Associate Diploma in Social Science, a Certificate in Community Services and has completed an RCSA course in Behavioural Descriptive Interviewing Techniques. He is working towards a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Management and Marketing.
