Dale was born on the Northern Beaches of Sydney in 1972 and holds a Diploma in Human Resources. He is presently completing a Business degree through Charles Sturt University and he has a number of fitness industry related qualifications.

Dale had an early career in the fitness industry that enabled him to travel extensively throughout the world. He commenced his recruitment career in 1999 after striking up a professional relationship with leading UK recruitment firm, Penta Consulting. Here, he was a key member of the IT & T where he had success across a variety of technical and operational roles throughout Europe.

Years later and seeking a more favourable climate, Dale settled in Cyprus and joined Alpine Executive Search. In the role, Dale refined his Search & Selection skills across a number of senior level financial assignments throughout Middle East and Europe.

Soon after returning to Sydney, Dale joined Johnson Executive Search and further refined his Search competencies. He soon became a specialist in the consumer goods & services, HR and manufacturing industries. Now living in Perth, Dale supports his clients in the aforementioned sectors as well as in mining. He is passionate about sales and marketing and not surprisingly, it is in this space that Dale has had his greatest successes for his clients.
