Originally from the UK, Heather is well travelled and has a broad working knowledge of various businesses and their markets. Heather has an extensive background in all facets of business from the shop floor to the boardroom, particularly in Environmental Science within the construction, waste management and mining industries. Overhauling company systems, large and small in a diverse range of industries means that Heather is well experienced in understanding how things ‘tick’ and therefore knows the value of getting it right first time. Customer Care has always been high on Heather’s agenda: Two ears and one mouth! Listen twice as hard as you talk! ‘A can do attitude’ towards everything in her professional life, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit The monitoring of overseas manufacturing processes in several countries including Switzerland, Germany, Turkey, Hong Kong generated a commercial understanding of those countries and until recently Heather was in Spain developing both her own and local business interests. Heather sees an incredible opportunity to put all her skills and expertise to use in helping understand client requirements and obtaining the desired result. |
