With tertiary qualifications in Science and Business, Maree commenced her career in 1993 as a Quality Management Consultant, consulting to manufacturing, logistics and services clients. Approached by Morgan & Banks Ltd (subsequently TMP Worldwide, now Hudson) in 1995, Maree joined the firm’s Melbourne office recruiting technical and operations disciplines across the chemical, pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors. Maree’s recruitment career has traversed the country and the globe, moving to Perth in 1998 and taking a 3 year secondment in Hong Kong in 2001. In more recent times, Maree has recruited key executive/technical roles including but not limited to; Managing Directors, General Managers, Country Managers, Plant Managers, Project Directors & Managers, Design Managers, Procurement Directors and Construction Managers. Maree has played a key role in Account Management and has established sound relationships based on mutual trust, commitment and respect with a range of national and international clients who continually rely on the level of service Maree and her team delivers. Maree’s industries now cover Property & Construction, Oil & Gas and Mining. |
